Is there a trial period?
From the day you join, there is a 14-day trial.
Is Publisher Champ safe?
As with any software, your use of Publisher Champ services is at your sole risk.
Do you backfill data from the first day of publication?
Publisher Champ pulls data from day one of publication, so your historical sales and reads can be included from the beginning of each book's life.
Do you limit the number of pen names or author names I can track?
Publisher Champ supports unlimited pen names and author names, so you can organize and monitor every brand connected to your publishing business.
Is there a limit to the number of titles Publisher Champ can handle?
Publisher Champ can handle more than 100,000 titles without any issues.

Will Publisher Champ notify me before my subscription renews?
By enabling this option, you will receive an email reminder 15 days before your subscription renews.
Just look for the toggle with the label "Remind me 15 days before every subscription renewal" on your subscription tab.
*By default Publisher Champ will not send you a reminder before your subscription renews.
How are the payments being processed and what payment methods do you accept?
How is Publisher Champ different/better than other existing tools?
- For starters, we have both Android and iOS apps.
- We will send you an email and a push notification when you get new sales/KENP reads (you can always opt out from these notifications).
- We show you statistics about your net royalties, so your earnings and spending are in one place and converted to your preferred currency.
- We provide weekly updates.
- We have a live chat for quick support.
- Our tool is not an extension, it is a platform. That means you can log in from any device you want.

How much support will I receive when using Publisher Champ?

Can I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time. It is very simple, you can head up to your Profile page and click "Delete account".
Once the account is deleted, all of the associated data will be deleted from our database automatically!
I have to submit my cookies for Publisher Champ to synchronize. How are my cookies being used?
Long story short, there is no need to worry. Your data is encrypted and is not used for any purpose other than notifying you and showing you statistics for new reads and sales.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can head to the Membership tab and click Cancel Subscription.
It will immediately be cancelled and you will still have access to your data until the date you have paid up to!
I have some suggestions/problems, who do I contact?
There is a discrepancy in my Royalties, Book Sales, KENP Reads etc. What shall I do?
The solution is as simple as removing your cookies from your account (this can be done in your Profile page) and re-submitting them.
This will result in the alignment of your data with Amazon KDP.
